It Takes a Community

For generations, the Amelia County Fair has been more than rides and ribbons, it’s been neighbors working side-by-side, families sharing memories, and volunteers giving their time to create something special for our community.

The Fair doesn’t happen without YOU.

​

Whether you have a few hours to give or want to become deeply involved, there is a place for everyone here. Together, we can continue building a Fair our children and grandchildren will be proud of.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are the heartbeat of the Fair. From helping in the Exhibition Hall to assisting with admissions, parking, contests, livestock areas, and special events, every role matters.

Ways You Can Help:

  • Exhibition Hall Setup, Judging & Check-in

  • Admissions & Ticket Sales

  • Parking & Gate Attendants

  • Livestock & Barn Assistance

  • Kids’ Activity Helpers

  • Event Set-up & Clean-up

  • Hospitality & Guest Services

  • Junior Volunteer Program

No experience is required, just a willingness to serve and a love for our community.
